Studies show that a strong arts education:
We offer both full and partial scholarships based on demonstrated need. Scholarships last for one year. Families may reapply each year to continue their scholarship.
Full scholarship recipients may take up to four (4) weekly classes or lessons per semester, as well as two (2) weeks of full day (9-3:30 PM) camp each summer. For partial scholarship recipients, the scholarship benefits vary based on need.
Seaside follows the income guidelines for very low-income and low-income (50% and 80% of AMI or "Area Median Income", respectively) as set forth by the San Diego Housing Commission to determine full and partial scholarship award levels. For more information on AMI, click here.
