What's better than getting in a great workout? Getting in a great workout, while also supporting a good cause! Every class you take at Seaside Arts Center helps support our not-for-profit organization's mission of providing equitable fine arts education to all.
Our adult fitness and dance program emphasizes aerobic and anerobic fitness in an warm, friendly, and inclusive environment. Our teachers are adept at meeting each client where they are and helping them reach their health and fitness goals.
At Seaside Arts Center, your first trial class is ALWAYS free! We want you to find the perfect class, and love your experience here. So come try out a class, meet our instructors, and see what Seaside is all about! Click here to register in advance for your free trial class. (You will not be charged until after your trial class if you would like to continue.)
The 10-Class Card is good for any adult class at Seaside Arts Center, regardless of class length. After purchasing, your card will be held at the studio and marked each time you take a class. The 10-Class Card does not expire.
We are now offering an unlimited membership good for all adult classes at Seaside Arts Center for just $150/month. Credit card must be on file for monthly auto-payment. Use the link below to sign up for your Unlimited Membership.

A traditional Pilates mat class, tailored to each participant's level.
Beginning Monday, June 12, Pilates will change time to 9:40-10:40 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, for the Summer.
Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:30 AM
In Contemporary Dance, we focus on our natural flow and musical sensibilities, with a goal of moving intentionally and with abandonment. Contemporary Dance combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Adult Hip-Hop is a high-energy class that combines technique, fitness, and fun! In this class, students will learn the cultural and historical context behind social dance moves from the origins of hip-hop until now! Choreography in this class will draw inspirations from a variety of styles including hip-hop, house, whacking, and more.
Beginning Monday, June 5, Adult Hip Hop will move to Mondays from 6:30 -7:30 PM for the Summer.
Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
A combination of traditional modern dance techniques for a full body workout. Gain coordination, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Guided improvisation exploring the elements of dance for a creative outlet not found anywhere else!
Beginning Tuesday, June 13, Beginner Modern Dance will move to Tuesdays, from 9:35-11:00 AM.
Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 PM
Perfect for the well seasoned tap dancer who is looking to push themselves in both skill and rhythm. Join a community of like minded tap dancers and get a great workout in while doing it!
NO Adult Advanced Tap on Thursday, June 8.
